The Scotsman: Protesters calling themselves “Full Communism For Scotland” claimed to have broken into the Bank of Scotland headquarters on The Mound before replacing the Union Flag on top of the Bank of Scotland HQ with an anarchist flag.

The two combatants in Yogyakarta, Billy Augustan and Reyhard Rumbayan (Eat) finally returned to stand trial for the eighth hearing. The trial was held on Tuesday, May 15, 2012. Billy & Eat were sentenced for 1 year 8 months.
Both comrades had been in prison since October 7, 2011, shortly after the successful attack on the capital property.
In the hearing held in the District Court Lahore, the verdict against the two combatants revolutionary action was read by the Chief Justice, Mulyanto. Both are considered guilty of the revolutionary cause fire and explosion in accordance with Article 187, paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code junto 55.
The trial against the members of the Luciano Tortuga Cell / International Revolutionary Front (FRI) – Informal Anarchist Federation (FIA) will be continued again to hear a response from the Billy and Eat. Confirmation hearing date has not confirmed.
Dua kombatan Jogja, Billy Augustan dan Reyhard Rumbayan (Eat) akhirnya kembali menjalani persidangan untuk kali ke delapan (8). Persidangan ini dilangsungkan pada Selasa 15 Mei 2012. Billy & Eat dijatuhi hukuman selama 1 tahun 8 bulan oleh negara dengan dipotong masa tahanan.
Kedua kamerad sudah mendekam di penjara semenjak 7 Oktober 2011, beberapa saat setelah aksi serangan terhadap properti kapital berhasil.
Dalam persidangan yang dihelat di Pengadilan Negeri (PN) Sleman, vonis terhadap aksi revolusioner dua kombatan tersebut dibacakan oleh Ketua Majelis Hakim, Mulyanto. Kedua revolusioner tersebut dianggap bersalah karena mengakibatkan kebakaran dan peledakan sesuai Pasal 187, ayat 1 KUHP junto 55.

A summary of the events in Val Susa
Various Italian governments have been trying to carry out the TAV (high speed railway) project for more than twenty years. In particular, what politicians and economic lobbies want to achieve is the construction of a high speed railway track linking Turin to Lyon, which will imply the ruin of one of the most beautiful mountain areas of the country, the Susa valley (Piedmont, northern Italy).
Since the early nineties, the people of the Val Susa valley have been opposing this project with all possible means. In fact, not only will the TAV destroy the natural beauty of the valley, its water sources and fauna but it will also imply the transformation of the area into an open construction yard for years on end, with further devastating consequences for the environment. While the propaganda of the regime has always stressed that the TAV is of paramount importance for economic development and therefore for the quality of people’s lives, the inhabitants of the Susa valley know very well that the new high speed trains are totally useless to their lives or to the ‘development’ of the valley. Among other things, to travel on such trains will be so expensive that only the very rich will be able to afford the cost. It is therefore pretty obvious that the TAV project will only benefit the interests of capital, increasing the speed of deadly businesses and enhancing only the development of a ‘civilization’ based on profits and exploitation.
The people of the valley and a great number of comrades all over the country have always showed their firm determination to stop this nth capitalist plan of devastation.
Countless of actions of sabotage against the machinery of the TAV have been carried out throughout all these years, small and big effective actions which have caused real disruption on the capitalist way of functioning and which needed no grandiose words of claim. Not to mention the numerous demos, blockages, occupation of yards that have characterized this relentless and tenacious struggle.
However, the economic and political interests at stake in the TAV are far too important for power. It’s not just the construction of a railway line that will speed up businesses. It’s also yet another way to impose conditions of exploitation and slavery, i.e. the very basis on which capital is founded and reproduces itself to the detriment of freedom, the environment and all that we care most.
This is why in 1998 a judiciary frame-up was orchestrated against anarchist comrades Edoardo Baleno, Soledad Rosas and Silvano Pellissero, all accused of belonging to a non existent subversive organization, which according to the judiciary was responsible for a great number of attacks on the TAV. Power needed a scapegoat to justify the existence of so many acts of sabotage whose authors couldn’t be identified.
Edoardo and Sole died while in detention. The official version of the events says that they committed suicide but we know even too well that these two comrades were murdered by the judges who accused them, the jailers who kept them locked up and the infamous and disgusting press campaign unleashed against them since the first day of their arrest.
It would be impossible to list here all the episodes of the struggle against the TAV.
For the moment we just mention the latest events such as the days of resistance against the occupation troops of the government in Val Susa (June and July 2011), the mass arrest of those who took part to those days of resistance (January 2012) and the attempt by the forces of order to murder Luca, a comrade who had climbed a pylon in Baita Clarea trying to block the ongoing military operation that also resulted in the expropriation of the comrade’s land (February 2012). Luca is still recovering in hospital.
As happened with Sole, Baleno and Silvano, solidarity with Luca and all those hit by repression while struggling against the TAV has expressed itself with force all over Italy and beyond. In this case too, it would be impossible to mention all the actions, demos, disruptions, etc that are still taking place in solidarity with Luca, the arrested comrades and the Val Susa struggle.
So we conclude this brief summary with the last update on the arrests of 26th January 2012.
Of the six comrades still detained in jail, Luca and Giorgio were released (May 2012) and are now under house arrest.

THE VAL SUSA STRUGGLE CONTINUES

Two Chicago men are in custody Sunday evening, charged in separate bomb-making schemes. Press investigators have been digging into their backgrounds. Prosecutors said the two men charged Sunday are involved in separate cases, not connected to each other, and not connected to the three men charged Saturday with building Molotov cocktails. They also said both men talked big about creating chaos, but in the end never actually built a bomb.
The press discovered one of the men was involved in a local chapter of an anarchist group, and has a past defending anarchists, communists and Black Bloc tactics.
Prosecutors said 24-year-old Sebastian Senakiewicz – who goes by the name “Sabi” – bragged he had a vehicle filled with explosives and was hiding other explosives in holed-out books, including a Harry Potter volume.
Police said none of the bombs actually exist.
“Sabi has stated that he’s an anarchist who is upset with the lack of chaos in Chicago,” prosecutor Jack Blakey said.
David Griffiths owns the home where Sabi was staying on the northwest side.
“Would I believe that he was walking around telling people that?” Griffiths asked. “That kid would tell you anything.”
Griffiths said he was just doing a favor for a friend – taking in their homeless, jobless son. On Thursday, Chicago police – armed with a warrant – literally knocked in the door of Griffiths’ northwest side home and hauled Sabi off to jail.
Among the personal effects Sabi left behind were buttons mocking Mayor Rahm Emanuel. Griffiths said Sabi wasn’t a big reader, and isn’t too bright.
“If he had two brain cells that were working good that day,” Griffiths said, “one of them was probably drunk.”
Mark Neiweem, 28, goes by “Migs.” He’s charged with soliciting explosives.
Prosecutors said he tried to get someone to buy him the parts to make a pipe bomb.
At Neiweem’s southwest side apartment building, the press found a circled “A” on his mailbox – the sign for anarchist.
“Migs also stated he needed PVC pipe, two PVC caps, PVC glue and several rocket engines in order to construct a pipe bomb,” Blakey said.
While the two cases are not related, defense attorneys from the National Lawyers Guild said both seem like setups by police.
“These two men were targeted without a doubt for their political beliefs,” National Lawyers Guild’s Sarah Gelsomino said.
“These are really serious problems that we all need to be addressing,” Steve Saltzman said, also with the guild. “Chicago shouldn’t be functioning like this.”
The press found websites indicating Neiweem was involved in a group called Anarchist Black Cross.
The website shows he was scheduled to deliver a speech called “Why This Isn’t Scary – Anarchy, Communism, Socialism and the Black Bloc” during a protest on April 7.
“It’s not illegal in this country to hold any political belief, even anarchy,” Gelsomino said.
While prosecutors said these cases are unrelated, defense attorneys say they believe they are linked by the police informants used to – in their words – set the men up.
Lawyers said the three charged with making Molotov cocktails after the Bridgeport raid, along with the two men charged Sunday, all had encounters with a man and woman.
They call themselves “Moe” and “Gloves,” self-described anarchist cousins who suddenly popped up in Chicago in early May.
Then made fast friends with all of the people charged over the past couple days.
“Moe and Gloves disappeared. And have not yet been seen,” Gelsomino said. “Through our own investigation talking to other people about what they remembered happening, we believe that those are the two who have been working for the police.”
Sabi was charged with falsely making a terrorist threat and is being held on a $750,000 bond.
Neiweem’s bond is $500,000. He was already on probation for punching a Chicago police officer in 2010.
Anarchists attacked a Wal-Mart with paint and smashed up a bank and ATM May 16th in a northwest suburb of Denver. This action was carried out in full solidarity with all anarchist prisoners held by the state and all combatants waging war against capital. Fuck the police, fuck the bankers.
We are at war, we do not claim nor do we ask, we simply attack. How much longer could we complain without occupying our own hands, being mere objects who receive obligations and rights without giving birth from our own bowels to the strength to freely develop ourselves and take our lives in our hands? One is defined by what one does, and therefore the terrain of living is crossed by the thin line of doing or not doing. We take position on the field of deeds, of action, of revolt. Our act is a propaganda of that — our free life.
We do not intend to be arrogant, everyone knows that we have not invented black powder nor are we the first to use it, others have already done it and others still will do it. With all of them we unite will and readiness in confronting reality, and this with some differences or nuances, is what indivisibly unites us. We are part of a wide and diffuse spectrum, that appears in multiple forms and we know neither its limits nor the faces of those who give it life, we only know of its acts and the ideas that it raises.
We also know that Power does not pardon the practices and ideas of freedom and that it is forever increasing its experience in control, persecution, incarceration or murder of our sisters and brothers. This is why our acts are an expression of solidarity, of strength, of energy, of memory. We do not forget them, not one, although sometimes the words do not reach all of them, but here we are, greeting those around the world imprisoned by cause of their libertarian and illegal acts.
With these words we vindicate the detonation of an explosive device at around 1 AM on Friday May 11 in a branch of Banco Itaú of downtown Concepción. Our bomb was composed of a fire extinguisher with a capacity of 1 kilogram, three quarters full of home made black powder, its activation was caused by the explosion of a small 3.8 volt light bulb that was inside and activated by a mechanical timing system based on an alarm clock to which we hooked up two batteries and a switch for our own security. We take all the possible precautions in order to not hurt any passerby, even placing in the window of the entrance to the bank a card that said in large and clear letters “CAUTION: BOMB.”
To bomb a bank branch of Brazilian capital is a clear message of solidarity and remembrance to Mauricio Hernández Norambuena, imprisoned in Brazil for more than 10 years and who they have put the most extreme systems of isolated and enclosure on. We make it clear also that we are not Marxists nor Rodriguists, there is not an idea much less ideology that unites us with them, it’s just that we agitate over the situation that this person lives in, that in different countries and times in similar circumstances our brothers and sisters also live in.
Many have said, and we continue to reaffirm, that we are not a hierarchical nor formal organization, much less a Terrorist Association. We are Anarchists with the will to attack who are united with those who fight against authority and domination wherever they may be. We do not respond to any interest that is above our own. We are informal and our action is diffuse, it appears when you least expect it, because we have always been here, in front of you. And we will be again, perhaps not us, perhaps others who discover that the materials are available to anyone and that the only ingredient that is lacking is will.
On this foggy May night, compañero Mauricio Morales Duarte was there, in our hands and in the roar that ran through the streets of Concepción.

War On Society
“In a society that has destroyed any possible adventure, the only adventure possible is to destroy (that) society.”
Capital is global, it expands through the whole planet, and if there once existed an outside, today there no longer remains the most remote possibility of some attempt of self-exile, other than that of apathy and resignation. It is clear that the spread of capital cannot be reduced to a mere geographic question or to its territorial comprehension, but rather that its generalization comes as given, above all, also through its representation and reproduction in every aspect of “life” or in its constraint (coercion), in each relation of humans with each other, or in each relation of humans with their environment and/or other species capital is present (is consumed) as cause and as effect, at the same time, whether ideologically and/or materially. Capital and State within the process/progress of civilization is the confluence and apogee of all the systems of oppression, domination and exploitation, in it they are perfected, adapted and integrated, and the historical stage inseparable from all these forms of authority (of class, gender, race, species, etc) has not been nor will be anything other than society.
With the beginning of civilization, that is, from the formation of the first societies, when violence was organized and systematized, the first experiences of resistance and insubordination must have begun. Along with the development of the “universal/official” history that serves power as a normalizing element, of social control and propaganda, there is a memory, a story that grows (to the extent that we ourselves take care of it) and the power tries to silence it, since it is a living story of action that is not neutral but rather serves as a tool of analysis and learning, that feeds and motivates those who hate because they see/feel the inherent dynamics of authority and domestication that progress and democracy try to hide, those who question this reality and do not survive in the inertia of work and consumption, those who do not tolerate the daily violence of the system and understand the validity, necessity and even the urgency of a liberatory violence against the hegemonic violence of Power. It has always been, and will continue to be, dangerous for those who perpetuate the present conditions of subsistence, that there are rebels who persist in propagating ideas and practices that question, negate and destroy this reality.
We are everywhere, while capital will continue stretching into the deepest corners of the world, we will strike it. In effect, while the owners of multinational corporations can exploit living beings and destroy nature without their bodies being present, we can also directly attack their interests. Our struggle is international, we draw on past experiences all over the world, and today we do not remain indifferent to what is happening in other lands, whether it is when they lock up our comrades in Greece, Spain, Italy, Chile, Indonesia or when they kill hundreds of prisoners in Honduras.
Likewise we reject with deep disgust the elections carried out in France last week (and those that are coming anywhere else) when the citizens went to vote for the socialist candidate, feeling themselves part of the great “processes of change,” but, in reality the fact of going to vote only rejects the will of perpetuating the relations of exploitation/domination. Democracy is the illusion with which they citizens can feel themselves included in political affairs, but keeping the logic of power and delegation intact. These observations are not new, and if the citizens keep voting and “living democratically” it is because for them it is much more comfortable to keep reproducing these relations of power; even though in this sense they “exploit themselves,” voiding themselves of responsibility and giving charge of their life to the bureaucracy and institutions of Power.
In this sense, to take ourselves up as anarchists is to begin an individual revolt, it is to question and recognize the different daily aspects — subtle or obvious — that oppress us and to act to destroy them, it is to enter into tension and to attack the reality that surrounds us, with what we have at hand, since there are no options left to us other than to take ourselves up in war against society or to let everything continue the same. As anarchists in war we take up the desire and the necessity of creating situations that put into tension and interrupt the boring and stifling normality of power, of vindicating and propagating our values and positions such as internationalism and revolutionary solidarity, without pretending to construct “conscious” masses nor reform or improve this reality, but rather with our affinities to permanently attack from all the fronts that our imagination allows us to create.
Today we claim responsibility for the attack with an explosive device made of two sticks of dynamite, fuse and chemical initiation at the Imcruz auto dealership of French import Renault autos, located on Av. 20 de Octubre, in the city of La Paz, Bolivia.
With this action we want to send a warm and fraternal greeting to thecompañerxs members of the R.O. CCF: Christos and Gerasimos Tsakalos, Paniagotis Agirou, Haris Hadzmihelakis, Damiano Bolano, Giorgos Polydoros, Giorgos and Mihalis Nikolopoulos, Olga Ikonomidou and the anarchists Theofilos Mavropoulos and Rami Siriano imprisoned in the prisons of Greece. Strength also to the compañera Stella Antoniou!

Anarchist Cell for Revolutionary Solidarity
At least two individuals have been subpoenad to a federal grand jury that appears to be investigating a 2008 fire at the home of an animal experimenter at the University of California, Santa Cruz.
One of the people subpoenaed,José Palafox, said:
“I was approached by two FBI agents at the BART Station at 19th and Broadway in Oakland. They asked my name, identified themselves as Carrie and Matt from the FBI, and served me a subpoena to testify before a federal Grand Jury. They informed me that I had been served and left without asking me any other questions….
“I know nothing about the Santa Cruz action but believe this is a political prosecution and part of a government attempt to gather information on activists, specifically involved in the animal rights movement.”
Grand juries are often used to compel political activists to testify about their political beliefs and political associations. When activists enter a grand jury, they check their rights at the door. Those who refuse to take part in these political witch hunts face prison time. [Utah animal rights activist Jordan Halliday is currently in prison for his principled stand .]
In addition to Palafox, at least one other person has been subpoenaed, and another received a visit from the FBI.
Grand juries are secret, but there is some information about the scope of this one. The 2008 fire was also at issue in the prosecution of the “AETA 4″ on animal enterprise terrorism charges (which were all dismissed). And the prosecutor in that case, Assistant U.S. Attorney Elise Becker, is also involved in this grand jury.

ROME — Italy increased security Thursday at 14,000 sites, and assigned bodyguards to protect 550 individuals after a nuclear energy company official was shot and letter bombs directed to the tax collection agency.
Under the enhanced measures, Interior Minister Anna Maria Cancellieri deployed 20,000 law enforcement officers to protect individuals and sensitive sites. In addition, 4,200 military personnel already assigned throughout Italy will be redeployed according to new priorities.
“Based on a thorough analysis of the situation, Interior Cancellieri has confirmed the need to maintain a high level of vigilance, strengthen the security measures against sensitive targets and those exposed to specific risks,” the Interior Ministry said in a statement.
Authorities will also increase intelligence to “neutralize” the risk of subversive actions “that can be nourished in moments of tension,” the statement added.
A group calling itself the Informal Anarchist Federation last week claimed responsibility for the shooting of Ansaldo Nucleare CEO Roberto Adinolfi, and pledged in a letter to the daily Corriere della Sera to carry out further actions against Ansaldo’s parent company, the state-controlled Finmeccanica.
Italian anarchists sent a letter bomb that exploded at the Rome headquarters of the Equitalia tax collection agency last December, injuring the directory. FAI also claimed responsibility for a series of letter bombs sent to embassies in Rome in December 2010.
More recently, a letter bomb was intercepted at the same office this month, and a Molotov cocktail exploded outside an Equitalia office in Livorno. In addition, there have been numerous reports of letters with suspicious powdery substances sent to Equitalia offices.

In recent years, much of Manado’s shoreline has been turned into a commercial strip of shopping malls and entertainment venues, ‘reclaiming’ the coastline by building out into the sea. Apart from destroying the marine environment, where coral still grows even on the city’s shore, the habitat loss also threatens the livelihoods of traditional fisherfolk, displaced by the new leisure and tourism economy. Here are reports from two recent uncompromising actions to reject the latest of these developments.
Around 20 people calling themselves the Anti-Authoritarian Fraction started an occupation at 18.00 on Sunday 22nd April 2012 and continued until 08.00 the next morning when they were forced to disperse by the police. The occupation, which managed to delay construction work, took place along a stretch of Manado Boulevard next to Manado Town Square..
Around 06.00 on Monday morning, when security guards from the Manado Town Square mall discovered the blockade, made up of piles of rocks stretching for around 100 metres, they tried to discuss the matter with the occupiers. However the people on the action rejected these calls for dialogue. After their attempts at mediation were repeatedly refused, the security guards finally decided to call the police.
Around one hour later, police from the Wanea station arrived, lead by the police station chief himself. The police chief also tried to negotiate with the occupiers who continued to refuse the negotiations. When the police tried to divide the occupation by deciding for themselves which people to label as the representatives of the action, the others on the action made clear that this was a non-hierarchical occupation in which each participant was their own leader.
A heated argument which nearly resulted in clashes broke out when the police seized a banner that had been displayed on one of the piles of rocks that the occupiers had built. Angrily they retaliated and managed to reclaim their banner.
With their attempts at negotiation stumped, the police chief finally requested reinforcements to break up the action by force. About 20 minutes later, the extra police that showed up were able to force an end to the occupation.
However the solidarity between the occupiers was not over. When the police tried to arrest one of the participants, all the others chose to be arrested as well if they were not able to free their friend. The cry was heard: “in the struggle not one comrade will be left behind”
This occupation was both a form of protest against the coastal reclamation as well as an act of direct solidarity with the Sario Tumpaan fishermen who have been resisting coastal reclamation since 2009.
Today, Thursday 26th April 2012 at around 12.00 noon dozens of Sario Tumpaan fisherfolk once again sabotaged coastal reclamation activities along Jalan Boulevard. This kind of action, which they have repeated many times already, is the fisherfolk’s way of showing their disgust at the destruction of the environment and their own livelihoods in order to build a carpark which will operated by Manado Town Square.
Huge trucks filled with rock to dump in the sea were obstructed by blocking the entrance to the reclamation site. By using various objects, the entrance was sealed off and barricaded with stones and wood. The fisherfolk then gathered around the entrance to stop the trucks that wanted to pass.
A physical fight almost broke out when about nine security guards from the Manado Town Square Mall tried to break up the fisherfolk’s blockade. Emotions running high, the fishermen armed themselves with stones, wood and other hard objects that they found to defend their position. The fisherfolk’s provocative shouts meant that the security guards soon lost their enthusiasm to break the blockade. When the police arrived to calm the situation the fisherfolk did not heed them and maintained their aggressive attitude so that all building activities on the coast be stopped.
Because it had not been possible to find a way to mediate the conflict as the fisherfolk had refused to negotiate, the police requested that the security guards move away. The city government, represented by the Manado City Secretary, also was not able to quell the anger of the people who had only one demand: stop all building work.
Because the fisherfolk had blockaded the main entrance, the trucks filled with rock had to seek refuge in the Manado Town Square mall area and delay construction work. The fisherfolk also promised that there would be physical confrontations if work continued.
This world is shit. It’s not the first nor the last time that this will be said. Down with the state, work, citizenship, the spectacle, the stupefication of mass, the surveillance of spaces and thoughts, the standardization of everything, behaviors, relations, the lock-ups, the generalization of the means of control, of surveillance, of repression (etc, etc…) If you’re there, that’s what exists, among so many other state horrors, SCHOOL, national education, the institution of being a student. The school, along with the family, is the cement of our best of worlds.
School, a fundamental requirement.. School, it’s compulsory, in fact. Here we are, almost all of us have been through it. For more or less long times and in different establishments, but here we are, nearly all of us have been through it. Ghetto schools, elite schools. They’re wonderful these basic facts of school. The guardian state dispensing freely, for all and in equitable fashion, wise and all knowing. The elementary knowledge to all and each, the basis for knowing, the necessary know-how for living in the city, the particular useful things, the things that are worth more to know how to do, speak, shut-up if you want to get out of it. The particular things that you are interested in understanding, if you don’t want to die too alone, too poor and not totally depressed. The essential things to a life in society, to a life like those who teach it to you, all of which you should know in order to manage for the better the way you are screwed. Read — the verdict — Write — inside the boxes — Count — the number of years that remain for you to endure. The ways of being, of bearing as serenely as possible, your slavery. The modes of (non) thought adapted to this stupid joke: your rotten condition.
The schools, molds for hordes of neurotic citizens and devotees who, like those who came before, assure and defend with passion and conviction the survival and the perennialness of (those who have made that which is) this world. The school makes it very easy for the cops, advertisers and other cynical, deceitful bastards. The school fabricates cops, advertisers and other deceitful, cynical bastards. The values of the school are those of the hated society: work, competition, performance, pridefulness, ambition, submission, obedience, collaboration, snitching… (etc, etc) Carrot, stick, efficacious results.
What becomes instinctive is to understand nothing. The principle function of school is the total moral destruction of each individual passing through their hands.
In school, one works for nothing at all, all the time. In school one learns to work and what is more, for lack of anything else, to find there one’s reason to exist. When your goal in life becomes to pass to the next grade. Work hard and ask for more. Learn by heart, think by heart. Learn to learn.
Starting from early childhood, by methods violent and efficacious, the individual is broken, slowly but surely: wake up too early, too cold, too dark outside. Six, eight hours per day locked in, sitting, attentive, silent. In rows two by two or crowded in the hallways. Presence required. Bells at every hour. Schedule immutable, repetitive. Testing knowledge, general average, “could do better”, pop quiz, panic, lateness not tolerated, punishments, the prof’s vices, monitors, others. Praised model students, rewarded every day. Rebels, misfits, disinterested ones or others, stuck tight, day after day.
After the maternity ward, before the homes, factories, offices, police stations, armies, hospitals, cemetaries, retirement homes, prisons, psychiatric hospitals… school, it’s imprisonment. Insofar as the child is a student, a little citizen, she is not “free”. That obviously doesn’t exist, freedom, (not even in the head, we agree) but in any case, there, it’s the limitation of movement (among others) which is what matters. Every morning, once past the door, you are detained, for the day under the responsibility of the school administration.
Your parents are obligated by the state to put you in school. Child, you realize the existence of an authority superior to your parents that has taken over you and the others. If the authority of your parents is often crushing, the school’s seems insurmountable, impossible to challenge. You get stressed, you bawl. You feel again the fear because you have to give a report. Like a dog, you get to fear more than anything else the reaction of your masters. Stronger than the father, the ultimate bastard, the CEO, the boss: the principal, holder of absolute power, who doesn’t know you (right away) but who everyone knows, fears. You prefer to fall sprawling down the staircases five times in a row rather than have to spend three minutes in his office.
School teaches fear. To materialize it within oneself. Fear of not conforming, of disobeying. Fear of being punished, of deceiving the referents (profs and parents). Fear, once integrated, indelible, inscribed for always in the deepest part of each of us: Fear of the cop, of stealing, of disobeying, of exceeding the established limits. In the grip of fear. Fear and then accepting everything because you are disarmed, defused. To be scared and at the same time to approve of those who are at the source of it all and who say they have the antidote to it.
The school fabricates in each the illusion of democracy in teaching the people to vote, elect delegates supposed to defend them and represent them before the higher authorities. Supposedly the only way to be “heard”. The habitual masquerade, in order to better make you dociley integrated with your rotten condition: You know nothing, you are nothing, nothing more than an element, a cargo of kids of the same age. “And you have the luck of being nothing, you have the luck of going to school.” The arbitrary as a principle. The resistance an electronic sub-component.
School, world under regimentation, habituates the people to fleecing themselves, to being tested, watched, counted, classified, locked up, and to ask for more of the same. Despite yourself, you submit yourself to a multitude of formalities that make you bend, and that you come to find almost justified. These habits that have determined your way of thinking, of resigning yourself.
Recall your memories, the return to school in the fall, the first classes of the year. In each class, each bastard of a prof makes you fill in your blank form. Facts about yourself, your parents. Like everybody, you submit to this ritual. You betray, to unknown persons, information, shameful sometimes, personal in any case. You surrender yourself in order to begin in every case.
You find it normal to respond to the call at the start of each class, to be constantly watched, to not be supposed to move except to and fro through the hallways from each appointed place, and at each appointed time, to obligatorily carry the multi-subject notebook. You find yourself again making the connection between two poles of authority, the school administration and the family. You are constrained from informing your family of the dumb stuff that you were able to do the preceding day and the punishment you have earned. You are put in the situation of denouncing yourself.
It’s because there wasn’t anything else to fuckin’ do, because there is nothing fuckin’ interesting to do at school, in the choices you’re given there. One hour of recreation for 4 hours of class. The important thing about being constantly watched, it’s the attempt, as soon as it’s possible to defeat this surveillance, to act in a non-conforming way, on all occasions. And as for being enthusiastic there about rendering oneself dependent on it. Fuck shit up for your own safety and well-being.
10, 15, 20, 25 years of allowing oneself to be swindled. That, plus all the rest.

Through the concentric and concentration camp-like chain mails of the moral-judicial monster and of disabling annihilation of the individual a pre-planned life is overcome by detriment in an existence in the ‘free’ cages of human society, where to be programmed to failure determines the ‘instant’.
It annihilates the trajectories of life attracted by the ‘pale sun’ of existence, in the introjections of the analysed being, and makes the contours faint like threads that can shortly burn, if touched, given back to life itself by thin certitude.
Limpid visions given by marginal aspects are a ‘margin’ that, rather muffled way, explores a world made by precise schematic and logic elaboration, in which the enumeration of repetitive gestures forms and assimilates the coexistent body in a psycho-somatic absorption.
A ‘step’ into the margin delineates and deforms a correlation of the psyche in a vision of the body.
A ‘breathless breath’ as an attitudinal of a look at a wide horizon.
In the belly of the moral judicial monster, the erection of the form ‘defendant’ unravels in an extension of sudden stratification of the redemptive trajectory of programmatic subordination.
Cells are the experience of an empty imaginative memory of a life, which is chosen sometimes and expiated from time to time.
Depersonalization occurs hand in hand with the assimilation of the essence of the ‘prisoner body’ in its ordinary doctrines for the keeping of power in the cells of redemption.
The ‘revolt’ of an individual is assimilated and engulfed in the intricate presentation of events that dissemble the pivot and essence of its extensive singularity.
The existence of the cells of redemption represents the disentanglement of events taking on speculative intents in search of all-comprehensive doctrines of the not-being an individual.
The ‘form-defendant’ is depersonalization carried out in countless synthesises of ramifications through a vision in the shape of a ‘wolf’s mouth’.
The stratified form of sub-induced estrangement produces the anaesthetisation of derivative forms with space-time occlusions.
‘Time’ is like an experiment of jurisprudential conformation in the ravines of the cells of redemption.
As events given by structural-programmatic dispositions pass by, an ‘overcoming’ occurs, the overcoming through a time that is temporality of the event in a concentric form and correlation of a correlated ‘wait’.
The wait is a definite time, where the blunting of an obstruction in the construction of the definition can be found.
The wait delineates and assimilates the gestures that are predisposed in the alienation of a definitely waiting ‘something’.
Waiting ‘something’ is subjected and orientated in a disability of the wait itself.
The wait becomes a memorandum of modifying gestures as a given wait conformed to the gestures is obtained while the being waiting for ‘something’ in a modified way is in wait.
This ‘something’ is the aspiration to obtain a thing from ‘somebody’, a thing which is also obtaining a wait.
Being in wait is being in a disabling obtaining of the ‘something’, which waits for the ‘someone’ to introduce itself while waiting to obtain.
After the wait, the obtaining represents the being engulfed in the ‘prisoner body’, waiting to obtain the role of ‘defendant’ itself.
The attestation of wanting to be something which goes beyond being an individual is also obtaining that ‘somebody’ is there, somebody which wants any given thing to be a frustration of any gesture of revolt, so that total alienation of one’s own ‘being’ is achieved in the cells of redemption.
Depersonalization is not only a consequential datum but also intrinsic introjections of the depersonalized being, in the attestation of having achieved consequentiality.
The being decomposed in an organic composition has minimally wanted to achieve that ‘something’, which gave to the act of depersonalization its annihilating the singular existence of the individual.
‘Time’ is a waited event in the reconstruction of the given events, which become an intrinsic juxtaposition of the being received in a definite moment.
Schemes delineate the signs of a supposition, which the divergence of a given ‘time’ makes a firm and certain sign.
Being marginalized poses the juxtaposition as a continuous flow in the wait for a being that is definitely given.
‘All propositions express the idea of a relationship of commensuration between the rule and what that is regulated by the law; but if we do not consider the interest and evaluation, this relationship between the condition and the one who is being conditioned and the corresponding normative proposition present themselves in the form of subsisting or non subsisting.’ 1
This ‘not all’ means to frustrate all researches that experiments with on the one side a give depersonalization and on the other the way and methods of our ability to break out the alienating fibres in a prison circuit and in the cells and yards of redemption.
But is there or not the chance to be able to break out something, even if minimal?
And this breaking out must or must not be analysed through a research inside the recondite existential ravines in dark cells, which are pregnant with a bad smelling inhalation of a cadaverous transposition of being an individual?
In a continuous research for the countless forms of systematic dispositions-within of the being, to write about all this means to succeed, minimally, to searching for the meaning of the structures of power in human society.
Here human society is intended not as a ethical and demo-centric power but as the essence of the human being, in its countless facets in a composed disposition of decomposable sub-ordinariness to the massification of society itself.
But let’s go back to the main pivot of this exploration and of the questions that can’t have a precise answer: and they do not obtain anything that is an effective answer.
In the cold and damp cells, as they are cold and dump, even when the heat is like the presence of Cerberus in the Hades, the presence-absence of being present experiences the absence of the presence of something, which is the correspondence of determination of the presence of an experience of the events in a life of atonement.
In jumping through an ‘expectorating’ of oneself, there is an interpenetration of the constant exploration of what belongs to one’s own self, in the determination of hiding one’s own atonement.
A constant exile of one’s own self is the expression of a falsification of being something which is more than an absence.
Interpenetration of the absent absence.
Absence is not being there but being something in the daily life and struggle for survival, but absence is not there when not being there is something that looks for someone, in search of the Self-something in a planned and falsified being something as having being someone in an extensive and impendent effect.
The spreading of ‘expectorating’ of oneself is the expression of the terms of a report of an explicit and extensive conduct while hiding a planned impeding effect in one’s own ‘prisoner body’.
Channelizing is jumping through a living depersonalization.
It is the absent being waiting for something, of achieving that something in constant aspiration and atonement and in a constant flow of emotional expedients, extraneous to oneself.
According to the Federal Bureau of Prisons, ELF prisoners Sadie and Exile have been transferred to the custody of the Seattle Community Corrections Office after spending more than 6 years in full confinement.
These kind of facilities are half-prisons where the inmates are allowed to go out for work and not much else.
We will keep them on our prisoner list until their full release.
